- Exp- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in substation erection, commissioning, and HT/LT systems.
- Skills- Knowledge of earthing systems, surge protection, and transformer installations.
- Soft Skills - Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Post-Site Supervisor
- Qualification- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in substation erection, commissioning, and HT/LT systems.
- Technical Skills - Knowledge of earthing systems, surge protection, and transformer installations.
- Soft Skills - Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Key Competencies (for Electrical Engineer & Site Supervisor)
- Understanding of electrical safety protocols and hazard management.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and design documents. Hands-on experience with testing tools like Megger, volt meter.
